We refund or replace faulty goods and associated carraige charges. We refund for unwanted goods, carraige costs are not refunded in these cases. Unwanted goods must be returned in resaleable condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (maximum (25%). We do not refund for special items that are made to customer's specifications.
